Automatic feeding and bonding of individual components

To achieve impact and noise damping of the vehicle interior, processed chipboard panels as well as various base pads and different layers of recyclable elastomers are bonded using PU adhesive. For this purpose, a robotic cell was designed which automatically feeds and aligns the corresponding individual components for the respective vehicle interiors and bonds them adhesively according to the requirements using a hotmelt adhesive system.
